Some of what I have been thinking about... 1. Documentaries! I love documentaries and really, as far as movies are concerned, they are all I watch! I showed a documentary of the The Truth about Cancer back in April and have been wanting to continue however availability and time commitment can be difficult to come about. I am nonetheless looking to start up documentary screenings again during the upcoming cold Winter months. Any thoughts? Any documentary you may like screened? 2. Classes I would love to offer regular Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga, and Nutrition classes. I have several friends who are skilled in these modalities and am considering asking them if they could hold regular classes for TerraVie. Are you interested? 3. Workshops Wellness is comprehensive. Reaching optimal wellness requires that many aspects of our health to be addressed holistically, but most importantly, Wellness begins with education. Each and everyone of us needs to become empowered so that we may begin to make health care decisions that values our well-being and truly addresses the roots cause of our discomfort. Workshops are designed to give us a direct experience through in depth exposure of course work in a topic of interest. What workshops would you been interested in? Let's do some brainstorming!
