Integrative Nutrition 1: 1 Coaching Journey
Here is an overview of what you can expect after choosing to embark on a coaching journey with Maya Ittah.

Phase 1: Discovery
Our exploration begins with a 20-minute FREE discovery session to initiate conversation and establish if we are a good fit for working together. If you are interested in working with me, this call is followed by a 60 minute comprehensive Health History review, laying the groundwork for a supportive and collaborative relationship. Together, we will delve into your background, lifestyle, and wellness goals, nurturing a safe space for open dialogue and mutual understanding. This is also a chance for you to ask me any questions and for us to determine if we are a good fit to continue working together.
After completing the review of your Health Intake, we will begin looking at the various factors in your life that either support or hinder your progress toward reaching your goals. These factors are what we will be calling “Primary Foods”. These Primary Foods include topics such as Career, Education, Physical Activity, Home Environment, Relationships, Social Life, ect… We will explore the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual components that constitute your unique being and how these components guide you to make the choices you make on a day to day. Through tailored tools and activities, we will peel back the layers of subconscious programming and and influences that impact your life today and explore the multidimensional aspects of your being. Together we will explore ways the help you find balance in all areas as your health while establishing a solid foundation that we will build upon in Phase 2.
It's important to recognize that many of the symptoms we experience can be traced back to factors beyond our dietary choices. Take, for instance, a single mother caught in a constant cycle of stress due to work and home responsibilities. This chronic stress can significantly impact gut health, potentially leading to conditions like Irritable Bowel Syndrome or Leaky Gut. Addressing dietary concerns without acknowledging the impact of stressors in her daily life may only exacerbate her condition, adding further strain. That's why I prioritize spending 1-2 months with my clients delving into these underlying health factors before progressing to the next phase of our journey together.

This may involve lab testing, dietary adjustments, exercise routines, supplements, detoxification protocols, and more based on your individual needs. This process will help reveal the root causes of your health concerns and cultivate a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection.
In this phase we will be exploring the realm of what we will call “Secondary Foods” or the physical foods we consume, unraveling the intricate relationship between nutrition, gut health, and overall well-being. We will look at what fuels our food choices, the relationship between our gut, our brain function and our mood, develop routines and plans that help you implement a diet you love and that bring you greater health and vitality. Together, we will uncover the underlying causes of symptoms and work towards holistic healing from the inside out.

As we enter Phase 3, we celebrate your progress and reflect on the journey thus far. You've gained invaluable tools and insights to guide you on your wellness path. Now, it's time to step into your power and embrace life beyond coaching. You'll continue to refine your intuition, assess your current lifestyle factors in relation to your health goals, and deepen your understanding of health and wellness. This phase empowers you to translate all the information around you into personalized transformation, setting the stage for continued growth and self-discovery beyond coaching. With newfound confidence and clarity, you'll chart a course for sustained well-being, sharing your story and inspiring others along the way.
