UPCOMING RETREATS:
Fall Restorative Retreat for Women
“When women return to the rhythm of the Earth, they return to themselves.”

✨ A Sacred Pause for Women Ready to
Slow Down and Remember
SOULSCAPE Fall Retreat is a sacred homecoming.
In the hush of autumn, beneath the cloak of a new moon and the whisper of river winds, women gather to reclaim their rest, honor their cycles, and root deeply in what is real.
You are invited to a four-day immersion of rest, nourishment, and earth-based wisdom, where your body is welcomed, your spirit is honored, and your presence is enough.
🌲 Why Rewilding Matters
Rewilding is not about going back in time—it’s about going back to the truth.
It is the act of remembering what has been forgotten: our intuitive intelligence, our sacred connection to Earth, and the rhythms that once guided us.
We live in a culture that rewards burnout and busyness. This retreat is a rebellion through REST.
It’s a remembering of the wild feminine—slow, cyclical, embodied, creative, and wise.
A Sanctuary for Women
This retreat is a sacred space for women of all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life to come together, share stories, and support one another on the path of rewilding. We believe that true healing happens in community, especially when that community is woven with threads of diversity, empathy, and authenticity.
Whether you are here to rest, reconnect with your body and spirit, rediscover your joy, or explore new ways of being — you are welcome. You belong.
We are committed to cultivating a space that is:

- Ethnically and culturally inclusive – honoring the wisdom and lived experiences of BIPOC women and embracing the beauty of cultural diversity
- Queer affirming – welcoming women of all gender expressions and identities who feel aligned with the feminine healing journey
- Neurodivergent and disability aware – offering thoughtful, gentle pacing, quiet spaces, and open communication about your unique needs
- Trauma-informed – prioritizing consent, sovereignty, and emotional safety in all activities and practices
Our intention is to create a brave, nurturing container where every woman feels safe to be seen, to soften, and to remember the sacredness of who she is — in her body, in her heritage, in her becoming.
At SOULSCAPE, you are not asked to leave any part of yourself at the door.
You are invited to bring all of you.

🥣 Nourishment from the Earth
Food is sacred. At Soulscape, we honor each meal as an opportunity to heal, reconnect, and remember. Every dish will be lovingly crafted with seasonal, primarily plant-based, whole-food ingredients, sourced as locally and sustainably as possible. You’ll be nourished in ways that go beyond calories and nutrients—fed in body, spirit, and soul. We believe that the way we prepare, share, and receive food is a powerful act of self-love and reverence for the Earth. Our meals will reflect the energy of autumn: grounding, warming, mineral-rich, and supportive of the body’s natural shift toward rest and inward reflection. Expect:

Maya Ittah
SOULSCAPE REWILDING RETREATS Founder and Host
Maya Ittah is a holistic health and transformation coach, ancestral foodways guide, and long-time wellness practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting others in reconnecting with their bodies, the Earth, and their authentic path.
Rooted in both science and spirit, Maya weaves together her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition, background in therapeutic bodywork, and a deep respect for nature-based and ancestral healing practices to create sacred containers for embodied transformation. Her work is dedicated to decolonizing wellness and helping women break free from the systems that have kept them disconnected — from the land, from each other, and from themselves.
Maya is the founder of Terravie Wellness and creator of Soulscape Rewilding Retreats, immersive gatherings where women are invited to rest deeply, remember their cyclical power, and reclaim their place in the web of life. Drawing from a rich blend of earth wisdom, somatic practice, ritual, and rewilding principles, Maya holds space for collective healing and personal sovereignty.
“To me, rewilding is not about escaping modern life — it's about restoring what’s sacred, intuitive, and alive within us.”
As a mixed-heritage woman, Maya is deeply committed to fostering inclusive, diverse, and trauma-informed spaces where BIPOC, Queer and Neurodiverse women feel honored, seen, and free to be exactly as they are. Her retreats are designed to help participants ground into their truth, soften into rest, and rise in remembrance of their wild, wise, and worthy selves.
When she’s not guiding retreats, you can find her adventuring with her teenage children, tending her land in southwest Virginia, cooking nourishing meals, spending quality time with friends or barefoot in the forest with her hands in the soil.
